• High School Diploma/GED (from an accredited institution).
• Previous tow motor experience required.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and operate vehicle safely.
• Ability to follow all instructions, rules, and regulations regarding safety.

• Lifting:
  Some lifting (less than 20% of workday).

• Noise: 100% of time working in noisy, production environment (PPE required).

• $20.61/hr with an additional $1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift.

This entry-level role will be responsible for operating in a manufacturing environment and safely operating production equipment to meet quality and production targets. Training will be provided.

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Conduct pre‑shift inspection of assigned forklift to identify safety and maintenance concerns; concerns are reported to Maintenance personnel.
• Operate forklift– bringing applicable materials to all functional areas by responding to radio calls and prepping work stations.
• Utilize a scanner to scan inbound and outbound product for location tracking (in Oracle ERP/WIP Management).
• Load and unload product from incoming/outgoing trailers.
• Complete shipping paperwork and inspections.
