Basic Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED (from an accredited institution).
- Previous tow motor experience required.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and operate vehicle safely.
- Ability to follow all instructions, rules, and regulations regarding safety.
- Lifting:
Some lifting (less than 20% of workday). - Standing:
Infrequently (less than 20% of workday). - Walking:
Infrequently (less than 20% of workday). - Bending and Twisting:
Minimal or none. - Noise: 100% of time working in noisy, production environment (PPE required).

- $20.61/hr with an additional $1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift.
This entry-level role will be responsible for operating in a manufacturing environment and safely operating production equipment to meet quality and production targets. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Follow all safety procedures.
- Conduct pre‑shift inspection of assigned forklift to identify safety and maintenance concerns; concerns are reported to Maintenance personnel.
- Operate forklift– bringing applicable materials to all functional areas by responding to radio calls and prepping work stations.
- Utilize a scanner to scan inbound and outbound product for location tracking (in Oracle ERP/WIP Management).
- Load and unload product from incoming/outgoing trailers.
- Complete shipping paperwork and inspections.
