Production Coordinator

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Production Coordinator. The primary function of this position is to assist in various areas of the Fabrication Shop where needed.

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare job packets and coordinate the Fabrication Shop per FMS schedules.
• Assist in managing all ERP systems [FMS, Pick, Bundle]
• Create, split, closeout, and update FMS job entries as needed.
• Review and confirm FMS and Bundle system counts match.
• Assist in monitoring the Jobs in Design report and communicate accordingly.
• Assist in cycle counting inventory for weld outlets and cast fittings
• Monitor, manage, and review the job PDF folders and access for the weld lines
• Monitor and process all blue tickets and field call ins.
• Coordinate make on assemblies (Riser Nipples, Trapeze, Ada-caps, etc)

• High school diploma or GED is
• Previous production experience is
• Basic computer skills are
