Plant Operations Leader - Onsite

10 is currently seeking a Plant Operations Leader for an onsite position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Barberton, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Pay range: $118,000 - $129,000 annually, with 10% bonus eligibility

This is a highly visible plant leadership role responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, executing production plans, driving operational performance, and developing production teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a highly specialized manufacturing operation producing a microporous polyolefin material used in a wide range of innovative applications. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, execute production plans, and drive operational performance
• Develop production teams through coaching and building a high-performing environment
• Serve as a primary point of contact for production execution, employee accountability, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
• Participate in an on-call rotation (one week every six weeks) to provide support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required; an Engineering degree is preferred (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, etc)
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven leadership experience leading frontline production teams
• Strong experience with performance management and employee accountability
• Demonstrated ownership of plant metrics (OEE, throughput, quality, safety, yield) and operational performance
• Experience running daily production operations, leading shift meetings, and managing priorities
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident; no future sponsorship is available

Desired skills:

• Experience in film, paper, extrusion, converting, specialty materials, or other continuous manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS) or daily management systems
