Production Team Member - Sparton Enterprises
The Production Team Member is accountable for the proper handling, inspecting, sorting and feeding of raw materials during the production process. Additionally, this position is responsible for inspecting the overall quality, proper packaging, labeling and storage or finished materials. All Production members are responsible for general housekeeping and safety of their work areas.

Education and/or
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Forklift experience helpful

None.
Computer
Skills:
Basic computer skills preferred
Other Requirements:
- Physical lifting, up to 55lbs
- Ability and willingness to work in extreme conditions, including unregulated temperatures and/or unclean, dark, or damp spaces
- Communicate effectively and professionally

- Punctuality and reliability
- Relevant math, verbal and writing ability
