CNC Milling Opportunity
Do you have CNC Milling operation experience? If so, we have an immediate opportunity available for you. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Job Duties- Operate CNC Horizontal/Vertical Mill Machines
- Observe spooling and cutting, detect malfunctions, and replace worn tools
- Install proper holding fixtures and tool holders
- Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position; may require cranes or hoists
- Position, secure, and align cutting tools and holders
- Complete preventative maintenance procedures on equipment
- Inspect parts to verify conformance to specifications
- Maintain area and equipment in a neat and orderly condition and adhere to safety procedures and regulations
- Document and communicate actions, irregularities, malfunctions, and continuing needs
