• Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality control plans.
• Document findings accurately, maintaining precise records and reports to support production traceability.
• Operate production machinery safely while adhering to all established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
• Uphold 5S workplace organization standards to foster a clean, efficient, and safe environment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

• High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for the duration of a shift.
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in basic data entry and computer navigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
