Travel Nurse - LPN-LVN

Addiction and MAT nursing experience required

M-F 6a-2:30p and possible rotating Saturdays

As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment, promoting long‑term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

• Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician.
• Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed.
• Give and interpret Mantoux Testing.
• Make appointments for clients to see physician, provide lab work and referrals for additional follow‑up care.
• Assist in training staff on medical and health‑and‑safety matters and in maintaining medical equipment.
• Provide training for staff development specific to health‑care needs (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Blood Pressure).
• Purchase and order medical supplies.
• Educate clients about methadone maintenance and detoxification, side effects, and lab results.
• Educate pregnant patients about prenatal care and assist primary counselor in coordinating outside services as needed.

• High School/GED or better.
• Driver's License.
• LPN license.
• Compliance with MAT (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) program protocols (training is provided).
• Regional travel up to 75% may be required to provide facility support.
