Radiographic Testing FLM – 2nd Shift – BWX Technologies, Inc – Barberton, Ohio Responsibilities
- Daily prioritization and administrative responsibilities of hourly personnel performing Non‑Destructive Evaluation/Inspection (NDE) with a focus on radiography.
- Proper utilization of RT exposure vaults.
- Development of radiographic techniques and interpretation of radiographs in strict adherence to applicable standards.
- Achieve IRRSP (dual X‑ray and gamma) certification within the first year of employment.
- Obtain Level II certification in accordance with SNT‑TC‑1A.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous RT experience, or five years of relevant NDE experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer‑savvy with Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
- Ability to work any shift with overtime.
Pay: $65,000 – $93,000 per year, based on local market factors and the candidate’s qualifications.
