Supervisor, Radiographic Testing - 2nd Shift

Radiographic Testing FLM – 2nd Shift – BWX Technologies, Inc – Barberton, Ohio Responsibilities

• Daily prioritization and administrative responsibilities of hourly personnel performing Non‑Destructive Evaluation/Inspection (NDE) with a focus on radiography.
• Proper utilization of RT exposure vaults.
• Development of radiographic techniques and interpretation of radiographs in strict adherence to applicable standards.
• Achieve IRRSP (dual X‑ray and gamma) certification within the first year of employment.
• Obtain Level II certification in accordance with SNT‑TC‑1A.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous RT experience, or five years of relevant NDE experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer‑savvy with Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
• Ability to work any shift with overtime.

Pay: $65,000 – $93,000 per year, based on local market factors and the candidate’s qualifications.
