Job Title

Entry Level Inspector – Full Time

842 Norton Road, Barberton, OH 44203, US (On Site)

$23.03 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift

This entry-level role is responsible for maintaining a manufacturing environment and safely operating production equipment to meet quality and production targets. Training will be provided.

• Follow all safety procedures
• Perform compliance checks and complete paperwork, documentation, and reports
• Visually inspect wheels for defects or malformations
• Ensure the quality of parts, including inspection of all dimensional requirements according to the control plan and overall appearance
• Complete required paperwork
• Participate in TPM activities
• Ensure that 5S requirements are met
• Assist in problem solving of identified problems in the department

• High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of work experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available

• Minimum of 2 years' work experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Data entry/computer skills

• Lifting: Medium – occasional lifts up to 40 pounds; frequent or constant lifts of 25 pounds
• Standing: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
• Walking: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
• Bending and Twisting: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
• Temperature Extremes: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
• Noise: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
