Job Title: Quality Control / Parts Inspector
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Inspector to join our precision machine shop team. In this role, you will verify that incoming, in-process, and finished machined components meet exact engineering blueprints, dimensional tolerances, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical comparators).
- Complete inspection reports, First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and maintain traceability logs.
- Identify non-conforming materials
- Experience: 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a CNC or precision machining environment.
- Blueprint Reading: Strong capability in reading mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
