Job Description

As a future manager at Domino’s, you will begin with a 6-week training program covering the Domino’s Way, product preparation, delivery, and leadership. You will learn how to run a Domino’s restaurant and graduate through a clear career path:
Shift Leader → Assistant Manager → General Manager → Franchisee or Corporate Manager.

Shift Leaders: $13 – $15 per hour

Assistant Managers: $15 – $18 per hour

General Managers earn $52k–$62k per year plus bonus.

This is an hourly position with overtime available (based on store staffing needs).

Oversee all aspects of the store: people, operations, sales, and profits. Ensure safety, training, and company culture. Lead by example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from your team. You may be asked to help at other nearby locations.

• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Resides near the store location
• Recruiting, training, and managing store employees
• Ensuring operational standards exceed and health & safety standards are upheld at all times
• Providing high-quality products and customer service
• Maintaining a fun and professional work environment

• Open availability; must be able to open & close; weekends required
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record check
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
