  ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule: availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge: basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience: previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

• Customer assistance and communication – engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership and teamwork – collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales and metrics mindedness – recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory management and store operations – restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures, loss prevention policies, ensuring proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Process orientation and safety compliance – utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product knowledge – stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics support – use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
