Licensed Crane Truck Operator​/Class A CDL Delivery Driver

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Licensed Crane Truck Operator / Class A CDL Delivery Driver.

• Ability to operate a crane/boom truck as needed.
• Ability to operate semi‑truck with 53’ trailer / Unrestricted CDL Class

• Verify and secure loads.
• Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips and submit report indicating truck conditions.
• Drive truck to assigned destination(s).
• Assist workers in unloading and loading trucks when required.
• Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Convey materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Fill work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness for shop/warehouse/storage yard/parking lot/offices as needed.
• Utilize tow‑behind trailer to make deliveries and pickups.
• Deliver and pick up permit applications, permits, and approved drawings.
• Understand and write a lift plan for crane operation.
• Be able to work OT and off‑hour shifts as required (possible overnights on occasion).

• Crane Operator Certification (OSHA/NCCCO) for Boom Truck—Fixed Cab (BTF).
• Unrestricted CDL Class

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years driving experience is required.
• Vocational or industry trade school is a plus.
• Possess or ability to obtain DOT Medical Card is required.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record that meets or exceeds Company standards found in the Fleet Policy is required.
• Must hold a current Class A CDL License.
• Previous experience operating a forklift is required.
• Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds is required.
• Average experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word and Excel) applications is required.
