A welcoming rural hospital in  Bardstown, KY  is seeking a dependable  Board-Certified OBGYN  to provide 24-hour call coverage this December and into 2026.

This role offers a competitive  Competative rates (all-inclusive daily rate) , full travel and lodging accommodations, and the chance to support a tight-knit community with meaningful, hands-on patient care.

December 20–25, with additional ongoing coverage needed in 2026

Malpractice:  Comprehensive coverage included

Setting:  Inpatient OBGYN

Clinical Duties

Inpatient rounding

Labor management + deliveries

C-sections

Antepartum triage & treatment

ER consults and OBGYN-related evaluations

Management of maternal hypertension & maternal hemorrhage

D&C, ablations, hysterectomies, and urgent gynecologic surgeries

Estimated Deliveries:  ~30 per month
First Call:  Yes
Midwives Onsite:  No
Support Staff:  Labor & Delivery RNs
EMR:  Epic

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified OBGYN Physician

Active KY License

ACLS + DEA

Clean malpractice history – Highly preferred
