Overview
Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a passionate and energetic BC/BE OBGYN to join our growing practice in Bardstown, Kentucky!
Responsibilities / Call Coverage- Call is 1:9 (will go up to 1:10 in 2026)
- You will participate in call and deliver babies in the hospital at the Baptist Health Hardin OB Department in Elizabethtown
- OR time is also available at Baptist Health Hardin
- Great mentorship within the group and APC support
- Growing patient population and guaranteed patient volume on first day
- 6 labor delivery and recovery rooms (LDRs)
- One isolation room that can function as a LDR or a postpartum room (mostly used for COVID or Flu positive patients)
- 2 operating rooms within the labor and delivery unit
- 2 bed PACU
- 13 mother baby/postpartum rooms
- 3 stretcher semiprivate triage room; additional isolation triage room with capability to monitor three patients
- Level II NICU with 6 beds
- 24/7 OB Hospitalist backup
- On call 24/7 coverage of neonatologists
- Dedicated OB on call/sleep rooms
