• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience (preferably in cell phone or consumer electronics, but open to leaders from QSR and other industries).
• Multi‑unit management experience – leading and scaling success across multiple locations.
• Strong recruiter and mentor – passion for finding and developing top talent.
• Proven track record of training and performance management – inspiring results.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support your team.

• Competitive Pay: $90,000 – $105,000 (includes Base and Bonus).
