Job Overview

Position:
Production Associate (2nd Shift).

Location:

Corporate Headquarters – Bardstown, KY 40004. Shift: 3:00PM–11:10PM. Salary:
Starting at $18.75/hr + $0.75 shift differential (2nd & 3rd Shift). Role:
Manufacturing of piston rings, following standard work instructions, ensuring quality and safety. This is a team‑oriented position.

• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments
• Inspect products and ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support team operations and cross‑train as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and complete required process documentation

• Work may be performed in both climate‑controlled and non‑climate‑controlled areas
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and manufacturing conditions
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• May require overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production needs

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to meet attendance expectations and work scheduled hours
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Must be able to perform job duties in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
