Safety & Compliance:

Documentation & Standards:
Accurately read and interpret product-related documentation, including product guidelines, quality and safety alerts, standard work instructions (STW), customer option sheets, and quality objectives.;
Component Preparation:
Clean, trim, and assemble product components using hand tools, ensuring proper fit, form, and function in accordance with specifications.;
Production Flow:
Maintain a continuous and efficient cycle of production and packaging to prevent workstation backlog and ensure smooth workflow.;
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished products to verify they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
