Role DescriptionStrong Spirits is seeking a Processing Operator to join our Production team on 2nd Shift. This position plays a key role in the blending, proofing, filtration, and processing of distilled spirits while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include unloading liquid products, operating processing and filtration equipment, blending products to specification, performing proofing calculations, monitoring production processes, completing production documentation, and maintaining sanitary conditions throughout the processing area.
This role offers the opportunity to work hands‑on with spirits production while supporting a team dedicated to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or processing experience.
- Experience operating forklifts, pumps, filtration systems, or other industrial equipment.
- Experience working in the distilled spirits, food and beverage, or related manufacturing industries.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience following GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and production procedures.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to producing high‑quality products and supporting team success.
