Starting Pay: $18.75/hr + $0.75 Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd Shift)

The Production Associate is responsible for performing tasks associated with the manufacturing of piston rings. This role requires following standardized work instructions and adhering to safety and quality protocols to ensure efficient and safe production. This is a team-oriented position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments
• Inspect products and ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support team operations and cross-train as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and complete required process documentation

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work may be performed in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and manufacturing conditions
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• May require overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production needs

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to meet attendance expectations and work scheduled hours
• Authorization to work in the United States
