Shipping Supervisor

Job Description/Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will run supply chain operations and directly impact production, quality, and team performance. You’ll lead a frontline team, solve real‑time challenges, and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. • Lead day‑to‑day operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals
• Coach, train, and develop team members while building a strong, accountable team culture
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Scheduled Shift: Monday through Friday; 9:00am‑5:00pm

Flexibility to cover 2nd shift as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of related manufacturing or production experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a team‑based environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

• 3+ years supply chain experience
• Experience with System 21 ERP software
• Background in the spirits, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing industries
