Set up and change molds on injection molding machines

Adjust machine settings and process parameters for optimal performance

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

Monitor production to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards

Document machine settings and maintenance activities

Injection molding and plastics manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

Ability to adjust molds and optimize processes

Manufacturing facility with injection molding equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment and wearing required PPE, including steel-toe shoes and safety eyewear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bardstown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
