Duties
You will serve as the technical SME and operational driver responsible for the day-to-day execution, technical integrity, production schedule, and customer interface for the manufacturing of pre-engineered and prefabricated armories and magazines.
You will coordinate with the Program Lead to support mutual program goals, production-floor scheduling, resource allocation, and the physical realization of the product lifecycle.
You will provide hands-on technical guidance to ensure strict adherence to NSWC IHD Specifications 3046-1 and 3046-2, as well as all applicable Unified Facilities Criteria and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command regulatory standards.
You will ensure that every phase of manufacturing meets the highest industry standards of safety, quality control, and operational excellence.
