Heaven Hill Brands in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Distillery Technician - Nights to operate distillery processes on a 12-hour night schedule (6p–6a) within a 3+3+1 pattern. The role covers start-up, run, and shutdown of distillery operations, including yeast propagation and by-product handling.
Ideal candidates hold a two-year technical degree, 2+ years in spirits, and are certified for forklift operation;
Bennett Mechanical Test completed is required. Lean/CI certification is a plus.
