Job Description /Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor leads daily processing operations that support the bottling schedule while ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees batching, blending, filtration, ingredient receiving, inventory management, and team performance in a safe, high‑performing manufacturing environment. You'll have the opportunity to lead a skilled team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on production performance, quality, and cost.

Success in this role comes from balancing people leadership, operational execution, and a commitment to safety and quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily processing operations including batching, blending, filtration, ingredient receiving, inventory management, and resource planning to meet production schedules.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, quality, DOT, Hazmat, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance metrics including product loss, labor efficiency, overtime, quality, and production costs.
  • Coach, develop, and lead team members through performance management, employee engagement, and career development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross‑functional teams to support audits, compliance, and business objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, processing, receiving, or production operations.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in beverage processing, food and beverage manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Experience with inventory control, perpetual inventory systems, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience leading teams in a union manufacturing environment and working with beverage processing equipment.
