Key Responsibilities Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment
Perform machine setup and changeovers
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain accurate production documentation
Support cross-training and team production goals
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Work Environment &
Physical Requirements Manufacturing environment with both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
Exposure to machinery, noise, and production equipment
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs

Job Qualifications High school diploma or GED required
