As a Coating Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes that protect and enhance our manufactured products. By utilizing your expertise in surface preparation and precision application, you will ensure every item meets our rigorous aesthetic and durability standards.

By utilizing your expertise in surface preparation and precision application, you will ensure every item meets our rigorous aesthetic and durability standards.
Responsibilities- Execute surface preparation tasks including sanding, cleaning, and priming to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
- Operate professional spray equipment, such as Graco and Titan systems, to apply uniform coats of paint and protective finishes.
- Achieve precise color matching and consistency to meet project specifications and visual quality requirements.
- Perform thorough quality inspections on finished goods, proactively identifying and correcting any surface imperfections.
- Maintain a high-functioning workspace by performing preventative maintenance on spray guns and related application tools.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure all finishing deadlines are met while maintaining a safe, hazard-free environment.
- Proven professional experience in industrial painting or protective coating application.
- Strong technical proficiency with airless and conventional paint sprayers.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to handle heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
- Formal vocational training in industrial painting or automotive refinishing.
- Experience working with complex color mixing systems and technical specifications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while working independently or as part of a team.
