Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive production schedules that align with fluctuating customer order volumes and inventory targets.
- Drive material readiness by partnering with procurement and logistics teams to eliminate supply chain bottlenecks.
- Optimize manufacturing throughput by proactively adjusting schedules in response to real-time production performance and demand shifts.
- Transform raw production data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Maintain lean inventory levels, balancing the need for product availability with the goal of minimizing carrying costs.
- Facilitate transparent communication across departments to ensure stakeholders are informed of production milestones and potential risks.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine workflows and elevate overall manufacturing quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in a production planning or master scheduling capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/production planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex logistical challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Practical experience applying lean manufacturing principles to industrial environments.
- Proven track record of improving process efficiency through data analysis.
Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on high-precision execution.
