Must have 1 year of experience on a Medsurg floor in a hospital setting. Case manage roughly 30 patients. 6.5 points a day. Adults only. Is there a resource available for them to reach out to while in the field:
Yes, clinical manager or educator 24/7 for emergency or 8-5pm. Do you staff Home Health Aides:
Licensed in state. What are typical shifts and hours: 5 - 8 hour shifts. Are they asked to go into the holiday rotation:
