Position : Bottling Operator 2 nd Shift

Status:Full-Time Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. with overtime as needed

The Bottling Operator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high‑quality packaging of Bardstown Bourbon Company products. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various bottling line equipment, including labelers, fillers, and case stackers, while maintaining compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key duties include performing equipment changeovers, maintaining production efficiency, completing accurate records in Distillery Solutions, and minimizing waste and downtime. The Bottling Operator upholds company values through consistent adherence to safety, quality, and food safety programs, contributing to the overall success and integrity of Bardstown Bourbon Company’s award‑winning spirits.
