Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 3925)
Game Stop - 205 Culpeper St.

- Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions/concerns quickly and courteously; assist guests with video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and recommend items.;
Support the store environment and sales initiatives to drive guest relationships and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system; ensure receipts and proper handling of transactions.;
Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone; escalate issues to the Store Manager as needed.;
Promote guest benefits and loyalty programs; assist in training and onboarding of store associates; provide feedback to Store Manager on performance.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager’s absence; ensure adherence to policies and procedures; assist with staffing and scheduling; ensure store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
