Job Description
About This PositionEarth Works is hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for excavation, grading, and utility installation projects. Candidates should have hands‑on experience operating excavators, dozers, and GPS‑enabled equipment across commercial and industrial job sites.
Responsibilities- Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and compactors
- Execute mass earthwork, utility trenching, and site preparation
- Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
- Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections
- Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience with GPS‑guided equipment preferred
- Ability to read construction plans
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
