Five Star is seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair a diverse fleet using a total-vehicle approach. You will perform DOT inspections and maintenance on Cyrus and Newcomb Oil Co. vehicles, including diesel engines.
Responsibilities include estimating labor and material costs, installing parts, and testing electrical and mechanical systems. You may operate a forklift and rotate weekly on-call after hours with other mechanics.
