Als Teamleider HR Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het HR Support-team. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte, kwalitatieve en klantgerichte HR-dienstverlening en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, management en HR-beleid. Je stimuleert continue verbetering van processen, systemen en dienstverlening en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de HR-organisatie. Daarnaast coach je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling, bewaak je de teamresultaten en zorg je voor een optimale bezetting, werkverdeling en uitvoering van HR-processen.
