With high‑quality solutions for FTL, LTL, and groupage, we serve customers daily with complex and time‑critical goods flows.

• Actively approach and develop new customers in Germany with goods flows to and from the Benelux and other European countries.
• Position Vos as a strategic logistics partner for FTL, LTL, and groupage solutions.
• Advance the commercial development of the international groupage network by identifying opportunities to grow volumes, establishing new relationships, and strengthening existing collaborations.
• Maintain extensive market presence, engaging with shippers, prospects, and partners in Germany to build lasting customer relationships.
• Translate customer logistics needs into concrete solutions and propositions.
• Coordinate closely with operations, pricing, customer service, and IT to ensure new customers and flows are successfully set up and contribute to the network.
• Monitor market developments and competition in the German market and convert insights into targeted commercial actions.
• Guide quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations, ensuring volumes and margins.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands‑on sales and contribute to the professionalisation and growth of Vos Logistics internationally.
• Operate from a preferred base in the south of the Netherlands or neighboring Germany, working hybrid and exercising significant freedom and responsibility.

• A salary between €4,750 and €6,500 gross per month.
• 27.5 days of annual leave and 8% holiday allowance.
