The Sales & Pricing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Barendrecht. This role is responsible for developing and managing pricing proposals, preparing quotations, and supporting sales activities for logistics forwarding services across multiple business lines. The specialist will analyze market conditions, customer requirements, and internal cost structures to create competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Daily tasks include collaborating with Forwarding Agents and support to answer quotation requests via Cargo Wise system and followup on outstanding bids and tenders.

Responsible for maintaining pricing tools and data, and providing clear communication to internal stakeholders and customers. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and pricing processes.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in Sales and Supply Chain Management within forwarding industry.
• Solid analytical and numerical skills, with experience in pricing, cost analysis, or revenue management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM system Cargo Wise is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Dutch language is pre.
