We are a luxury fashion brand seeking a Senior Footwear & Accessories Designer – Product Development to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis, based in Milan or Florence.
This role will lead all design and product development activities across:
Women's footwear
Accessories
Kids footwear & accessories
The position bridges creative direction and production execution, working closely with Italian factories and suppliers to bring collections from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal collections across all categories
Oversee product development from sketches to final production
Liaise with Italian factories, suppliers, and material vendors
Manage sampling, fittings, and production quality
Ensure timelines, costs, and luxury standards are met
Requirements
5+ years experience in luxury footwear and/or accessories design
Strong technical and production knowledge
Proven experience working with Italian manufacturers
Fluent in Italian and English
