The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will support the achievement of sales objectives within your assigned territory by developing strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders.
You will work closely with experienced team members and receive extensive product and sales training, gaining exposure to operating room environments and advanced orthopaedic technologies.
The territory covers Southern Italy, with a primary focus on Campania and Puglia. Candidates based in Naples or surrounding areas are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Support the growth of the Extremities business through regular customer engagement and territory development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
Provide in‑theatre support during surgical procedures when required.
Promote Stryker's Shoulder and Foot & Ankle portfolio to existing and prospective customers.
Execute territory business plans and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Assist with quotations, reporting activities, and account management.
Manage product demonstrations and territory resources effectively.
Support educational events, workshops, congresses, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field (Biomedical Engineering preferred but not required).
Experience
0–3 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Internship or early professional experience within healthcare, medical technology, hospital environments, or medical device distribution is highly valued.
Exposure to operating room environments, orthopaedics, implants, or surgical products is considered a strong advantage.

Intermediate English (minimum B1 level).

Travel Requirements
