Key Account Manager – Haemophilia

Job Overview The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing the presence of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum Srl in the assigned geographic area (Puglia and Campania), building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and leading the launch and promotion of haemophilia products.

Responsibilities Continuously monitor the assigned territory for product use and adverse events reported by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.

Define local activities and action plans with the Business Unit Director/National Sales Manager and Marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Deliver scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals in accordance with company strategy, policies, and regulations.

Enhance knowledge of the therapeutic area through meetings, training, congresses, and self‑directed learning.

Organize and plan daily activities, including customer visits, travel itineraries, and meetings, and report to the National Sales Manager using CRM and reporting tools.

Apply and respect legislative and company requirements concerning drug information, safety, and ethical code.

Escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.

Participate in national congresses independently and alongside healthcare professionals.

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with local stakeholders through strategic engagement plans and targeted activities.

Report CRM activities as per planned deadlines throughout the year.

Ensure all actions comply with SOBI policies, procedures, and Italian law (Legislative Decree 219/2012, Art. 119‑126 and the Farmindustria code).Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Key Account Manager position.

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences); advanced scientific qualifications are an advantage.

Fluent English communication skills (minimum B1–B2 level, written and spoken).Experience or strong knowledge of hematology and/or rare diseases is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.

Strong ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and other key stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and scientific exchange skills.

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross‑functional and multicultural teams.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is €55,000 to €85,000 gross per year, dependent on experience and demonstrated competencies. Additional benefits include a company car, participation in a competitive sales incentive plan, health insurance covering the employee and family via the Faschim industry fund plus supplementary insurance, an annual welfare plan, and accident and life insurance policies. The position is subject to the Chemical‑Pharmaceutical – Quadro level collective agreement.
