4 on, 4 off | Night Shift | 6:00pm - 6:00am

We're recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy workshop in Dagenham, maintaining and repairing a fleet of commercial vehicles. The Role:

· Carry out servicing, inspections, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic faults

· Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections

· Perform welding, fabrication and metalwork when required

· Order parts and assist with stores management

· Accurately complete job cards and maintenance records

· Support Apprentice Technicians and work collaboratively within the workshop

· Maintain workshop equipment to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

· NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

· Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician

· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

· Diagnostic qualifications desirable

· Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach

· Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
