Primary Care Nurse Practitioner NW of Fergus Falls, MN

Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in west-central Minnesota, just southeast of Fargo, ND.

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Commit to improving health outcomes, fostering long-term relationships with patients, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely using EPIC EMR.

• Ability to see pediatric patient populations.
• Previous work experience as an APP in primary care required.
• Active certification and licensure as an NP or PA-C.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Minnesota upon start.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $118,500/year for the first 2 years of employment.
• Opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s).
