Senior Nursery Practitioner – 41 Hours per week – £28,000–£31,900

In this Senior Nursery Practitioner role, you’ll help lead the baby room within a recently refurbished setting designed around how children learn and develop. Planning follows the Early Years Foundation Stage and is built around individual interests, requiring someone confident in guiding both practice and team standards.

• You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Recent experience working within a baby room is essential.
• This role requires confidence leading practice and supporting other practitioners.

• Help lead daily practice within the baby room
• Plan and implement EYFS-based activities tailored to individual children
• Observe, assess and record developmental progress
• Support and guide junior practitioners within the room
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards
• Build professional relationships with parents and carers

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Proven experience working in a baby room
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Confidence leading a room and supporting team members

• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
