Hours:

Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you'll be the face of the building - anticipating needs, building trusted relationships and making every visitor and colleague feel recognised, valued and looked after.
This is not simply reception. It's hosting with personality, purpose and Signature flair.
What you'll bring to life- Create brilliant first impressions through warm, confident and personalised welcomes
- Own the guest journey from arrival to departure, making every interaction feel seamless
- Host VIPs and high-profile guests with discretion, confidence and exceptional attention to detail
- Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces so they are polished, purposeful and ready to impress
- Keep reception and shared spaces looking immaculate throughout the day
- Support mail management and other administrative tasks that keep the building running smoothly
- Spot what is needed before being asked and work closely with workplace and facilities colleagues to make it happen
Have experience in hospitality, customer service or corporate reception
- Connect naturally with people and communicate with warmth and confidence
- Take real pride in your presentation and the spaces around you
- Bring energy, initiative and a genuine "how can I help?" mindset
- Are comfortable using workplace technology, including Outlook and Teams
