Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider – Healthcare – Barnet – up to £37,300 + Package - No callout

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Barnet, North London, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a healthcare building in Barnet. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. Any experience working with fire doors or in healthcare environments is advantageous, but not required. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

• Monday
  - Friday 08:00-17:00

• Basic Carpentry
• Painting and plasterboard
• Changing locks
• Door hinges
• Floor repairs
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment / flat packs
• Kick and push plates
• Install/ Repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
• Escort subcontractors

• Trade qualifications in Carpentry Level 2 (Required)
• Experience with fire doors is advantageous
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
