39 hours per week | Monday–Friday 9am–5pm (on‑call rota required)

🎓 Qualifications
Required:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the last 5 years in residential childcare
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

An experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children’s residential homes. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management, ensuring high‑quality care, compliance, and positive outcomes for young people.
You will:
- Lead and manage both homes in line with legislation, regulations, and Statements of Purpose
- Promote safeguarding, child protection, and young people’s rights
- Lead, supervise, and develop staff teams
- Ensure high standards of care aligned with Ofsted requirements
- Manage admissions and discharges
- Oversee care planning to meet physical, emotional, psychological, and social needs
- Prepare for and attend inspections, audits, and meetings
- Undertake on‑call duties on a rota basis
- Write and oversee concise, evaluative reports
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the homes
- Well‑established children’s residential care organisation
- Medium‑size provider with a long‑standing reputation
