As a Trading/Catering Team Leader at The Barnsley Metrodome, you’ll lead and assist our catering teams in Adventure Reef, the new food court, and Rigby bar and restaurant. You’ll be the friendly face that motivates and supports the team to deliver amazing experiences for every customer that walks through our doors.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of Adventure Reef, the food court, and Rigby bar and restaurant, or support the events team with staging setups and major events held at the Metrodome Arena.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Help train new staff and share best practices.
• Ensure high standards of safety, service, and cleanliness.
• Be a point of contact for customers and handle any queries with a smile.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
