WPS is looking for an experienced Roofer
to join our
Responsive Maintenance team
, working on a
social housing contract in the Barnsley area
.

You’ll be carrying out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties, delivering a high-quality service while maintaining excellent standards of safety and customer care.

• Carry out
  responsive roofing repairs and maintenance
  across social housing properties
• Undertake roof inspections, fault diagnosis and remedial works
• Work in line with
  Health & Safety
  , safeguarding and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with
  schedulers, supervisors and residents
• Complete job records and materials used via a
  handheld/PDA system
• Work collaboratively with other trades when required
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes

• Proven experience as a
  Roofer
  , ideally within
  social housing or responsive maintenance
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent)–essential
• Full UK driving licence
  –essential
• Experience working in
  occupied properties
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Reliable, professional and customer focused
