We are currently hiring in Cape Cod, MA.
NECC & PSS offer:

- Special education lesson planning for learners in the classroom
- Leadership, training, and coaching for the para-educators in the classroom and oversight of implementation of ABA programs, procedures, and lesson plans.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to provide quality inclusion opportunities for the learners
- Collaborate with the BCBA in the development and implementation of behavior protocols
- Master's Degree preferred
- MA licensed special educator (or out of state license eligible for reciprocity) or BCBA
- Experience and proficiency in the application of the principles of ABA
- Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proven leadership ability with prior supervisory experience are preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Driver's license or access to reliable transportation
