Assisting the SHINE (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) Regional Office with the scheduling of appointments for Medicare beneficiaries during the Medicare annual open enrollment period starting October 15 and running through December
7. Position will assist in management of the online scheduling portal and spend considerable time on the telephone.
Qualifications:
Experience in an office setting; ability to operate computer, including MS Office suite; and use remote technology. Requires a flexible schedule that fluctuates depending on demand, averaging 10 hours per week at a rate of $19.30 per hour. This begins September 15, 2026 and ends November 30, 2026.
