About the Role:

At New Patterns ABA - MA, we believe that every individual deserves to be heard and understood. As a Behavior Tech, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of empowering individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities to reach their full potential. Our in-home and community-based ABA therapy services are designed to be compassionate, flexible, and collaborative, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional like you to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work one-on-one with clients in their natural environments to implement ABA treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress, and use this information to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Implement behavioral skills training and other evidence-based interventions to help clients develop social, communication, and adaptive skills
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment activities
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. psychology, special education, behavioral sciences)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track client progress
